## In this lesson

### Play it (0:07)

Let's see what needs movement. Press zero, then space. The block already moves, but stops abruptly. The bell is still. Press space to stop.

### Find Behaviours (0:20)

We'll move the bell without keys. Click the bell. In the rail on the right, click more for Behaviours.

### Wiggle its rotation (0:28)

We'll give the bell an irregular turn. Under On, choose rotation, then add wiggle. The block names the behaviour and property.

### Spring the landing (0:39)

We'll soften the landing. Press zero and select the block. In the rail on the right, click more. Choose position, then add spring to its existing move.

### Let it settle (0:51)

We'll let it settle gently. Click more for the spring's values. Set its settling time to one point two seconds. Then press zero and space. The bell turns; the block settles. Press space to stop.

### Compare it off (1:06)

Let's compare without it. Switch the spring off. Now on stage, press zero and space. The block stops sharply. Press space to stop.

### Keep the spring (1:18)

Let's keep the spring. Switch it on again. On the stage, press zero and space. The settling returns. Press space to stop.
