# Feedback

Choose **Send feedback…** from Help or the commands (⌘P). Tell us what happened or what you'd
like. Enter or ⌘Enter sends; Shift+Enter or Alt+Enter starts a new line. Esc cancels before
sending, or returns to the editor while it sends. Choose **Send feedback…** again to see it.

To send the document too, sign in to LottieFiles and tick **Include this document** (Tab moves
to it, Space ticks it). If you're not signed in, click that row to sign in in your browser.
It starts off. The box shows its name and packed size; over 25 MB, it can't be included.
The `.lottie` carries the document as it was when the box opened, with its images, fonts and
clips, as a .lottie export does.

LottieFiles keeps your words privately, with the app's version, OS and terminal, and the
document only if you ticked it. While signed in to LottieFiles, your account's id, name and
email are kept with the feedback so we can reply. Anyone can send words; including a document
needs a sign-in. Without a sign-in we can't reply. Logs, usage history and the copilot's
conversation aren't included.

Feedback is sent only when you press Send, even if usage stats and AI are off. A failed send
keeps your words and says why. Choose **Send feedback…** again to retry with the document now
open. If you changed documents, tick it again to include it.
If your sign-in has expired or can't be checked, Send again sends your words without the
account or document. You can also sign in again from the document row.
