# Compare animation takes from agents

Ask for different animation ideas and open the version you want to edit in the studio.

Install and sign in to Claude Code, Codex or Kimi Code, and turn **App › AI features** on in **Settings**
(`F2`). For the Engine, sign in to LottieFiles too; **Frolic, on this computer** uses your AI
agent without a LottieFiles sign-in.

1. Press `⌃O`. Agents Mode opens on **New idea**, or on your last thread.
2. Press `⌃N`. A new idea page opens without changing the earlier threads.
3. Click **Frolic, on this computer** under **Made with**, or choose **Engine, in the cloud**
if you want Engine takes. The chosen option lights up.
4. Click the message box. It is ready for your brief.
5. Type `Show me three different ideas for a three-second coral flower logo sting. Label them A, B and C.`
The brief appears without starting work.
6. Press `⏎`. A thread starts and take cards appear as the agent changes them.
7. Press `⇥` to select the next card. It plays; `⇧⇥` selects the previous card.
8. Type `B, with a slower opening and a longer hold.` The named take is the target of this
   follow-up.
9. Press `⏎`. A new card shows the revised version; earlier cards remain in the conversation.
10. Select the card you want with `⇥`, then press `⌃B`. That version opens in its own studio tab.
11. Press `w`. The take is saved on this computer; follow the name prompt if one appears.

The picture shows the setup before sending. The agent chooses the artwork and motion from
your brief, so cards will differ. Open an earlier card to return to an earlier take; studio
undo does not rewind the agent's thread.
