## In this lesson

### One original (0:10)

Let's see the move our copies will follow. Press zero, then space. The circle rises and stops. That's our original. Press space to pause before we make copies.

### Make the repeat (0:23)

Let's make connected copies. Press zero. Click the circle, then press Control Shift D. Over in the rail, click more. The repeat controls arrange the copies together.

### Space the copies (0:35)

Let's spread the copies into a row. Click Count. Type four, then return. Click Spacing. Type two hundred and fifty, then return. On stage, now we can see all five circles: four copies, plus the original.

### Delay each copy (0:51)

Let's make each copy start a little later. Click Stagger. Type zero point two, then return. That's the delay per copy, in seconds. Leave the order on index.

### Watch the delay (1:03)

Let's watch that delay pass along the row. Press zero, then space. Each copy follows the same rise, starting a little later. Press space to pause.

### Change the original (1:14)

Let's raise the finish for every copy. Press zero. Click the original. On the ruler, click one second. In the rail, click vertical Position. Type two hundred and fifty, then return. The original finishes higher.

### One edit follows (1:29)

Let's see every copy follow that edit. Click empty stage. Press zero, then space. They all reach the new height. Press space to pause. Edit the original for motion; the repeat for arrangement and timing.
